About the Position
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role at a busy seasonal watersports location where no two days are the same. Team members support daily operations across multiple activities while helping ensure guests have a safe, fun, and memorable experience.
Responsibilities may include assisting customers with check-in and safety briefings, helping launch and recover equipment, maintaining and cleaning gear, supporting captains and guides, and keeping the facility organized and running smoothly. Most of the work is outdoors—on the docks or on the water—and requires teamwork, attention to safety, and a positive attitude.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with people, and spending much of their day outdoors.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet guests with a friendly attitude, answer questions, and assist with check-ins for various water activities.
- Reservations & Scheduling: Manage bookings for parasailing, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, and other activities, both in person and over the phone.
- Sales & Transactions: Handle cash and credit card payments, process waivers, and upsell additional activities when possible.
- Communication & Coordination: Relay information between customers and crew members to ensure smooth operations.
- Safety & Compliance: Verify customer waivers and IDs, explain safety procedures, and enforce company policies.

Are you looking for an exciting and dynamic position on the water? We are seeking a Parasail Crew Member to join our team on our parasail vessel. As a key part of our crew, you’ll work directly with the parasail captain to ensure safe and enjoyable parasailing experiences for our customers.

- Launch and deflate parachutes.
