What is your cancellation policy?
We maintain a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled activity will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled activity are non-refundable.
How early should we arrive?
All of our activities must arrive 30 minutes prior to departure time. Parasailing must arrive 45 minutes prior.
If we are late, will we lose time?
Yes, if you arrive late, activity time can and will be lost.
Does everyone need to complete a waiver?
Yes, everyone doing any activity must have a completed waiver on file. Adults must complete their own; minors must be claimed by an adult.
What if the weather is bad?
Refunds will be given to any booking that has to be cancelled due to weather. We make the decision based on the weather.
