Are reservations required?
Due to the extreme popularity of our rides and limited space available, reservations are highly recommended.
Are we guaranteed to see dolphins?
Unfortunately, just like the weather, we can’t control the dolphins, so there is no guarantee. However, we always do our best to offer an educational and picture-worthy trip that will provide lasting memories of your trip on the Outer Banks! And yes, we will always be looking for dolphins!
What should we bring?
Clothing that you don’t mind getting wet, sunglasses and sunscreen, food and drink (we sell drinks and snacks at our location if you forget yours), and of course, a camera to keep those memories.
We have more than 6 people; can we go?
Our “Private Dolphin Tours” can take a maximum of 6 people. If you have more than six people, you can join a combined group trip by booking here!
What if the weather is uncooperative?
If the weather is not conducive at the time of your trip, we will do our best to contact you beforehand. However, the weather can change quickly in the Outer Banks; if you have any doubts, give us a call. If unable to go, we can either reschedule or, of course, you will receive a full refund.
